Ingredients: (5-6 cups)300 g bitter chocolate
1 liter whole milk
2 tablespoons cane sugar
Marshmallows
Directions: Melt chocolate over water bath with 2 tb spoons of milk (while stirring). The rest of the milk is heated in a saucepan, while stirring to the boil. The melted chocolate and sugar whipped into the boiling milk. Serve chocolate into large chocolate cups with a marshmallow or two on the top.
